What we process

We process account, session, game, chat and security data that is required to provide Ravelorn. This includes registration data, authentication sessions, character and world state, messages, passkeys, two-factor authentication and email verification.

Hosting and realtime service

Ravelorn is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH. Realtime game events are delivered through the application’s Reverb service. Processing is necessary to provide the service.

Optional language assistance

If enabled, the optional natural-language action interpreter sends only the text needed to interpret an action and the server-approved action choices to OpenAI. The game remains usable without this provider.

Retention and your rights

We retain personal data only for as long as required for the service or legal obligations. You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing where applicable by contacting us.

Ravelorn uses necessary session and security cookies. No analytics, advertising, maps or CAPTCHA services are used by this application.
